what are the best upgrades i should get for my spyder aggressor xt?
im already planing to get a 21inch barrel and a rocking triger frame, and im looking for a foregrip with a vertical asa adapter what else should i get
also what are all the gases i could run in my gun
I'm going to be honest with you here in answering your question. It may not be what you want to hear though.
First, the 21 inch barrel you have isn't really what you want for efficiency and accuracy. There is a falsehood floating around out there that a longer barrel increases accuracy or that it's a "sniper" barrel. Tests have shown that anything over 14" just creates more friction on the ball as it leaves the marker and thus uses more gas. I would suggest to you that one of the best upgrades you could get for your marker is a shorter barrel. Perhaps a 12 or 14 inch barrel.
As far as a front grip....I would recommend to you not just a front grip that is gas through, but an expansion chamber. If you're using CO2, this gives the CO2 which is a liquid time to turn into a gas.....which since you're using the rocking trigger, you need all the time you can get. You DO NOT want liquid CO2 running through your marker.

As far as other upgrades go after that.....I would recommend to you perhaps a low-rise feedneck. This gets your hopper sitting a whole lot lower to your marker. That gives people a lot less to shoot at.
A BIG upgrade for you would be an ACS (anti-chop) bolt. If you're shooting this rocking trigger this will help you to not chop balls. It feels if a ball has not dropped the whole way down. The stock bolt will chop the ball in half and shoot goop out your barrel.

As far as the gas that you could shoot. You can shoot CO2....however without the expansion chamber and with the rocking trigger you run the risk of shooting liquid CO2 as mentioned above. Long term this isn't good for your marker. You can also shoot HPA through your marker as well. Long term this is the way you want to go. It's cleaner, more consistant and won't frost things up when you're shooting fast like CO2 will.
